All payments made on https://saasyaari.in are solely for purchasing SaaS Yaari’s own SaaS products, digital services, or reseller memberships.

SaaS Yaari does not facilitate, process, hold, split, or route payments between resellers and their customers. All reseller-to-customer transactions, pricing, billing, and payment collection are handled independently by the reseller using their own systems.

4. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and non‑refundable, including payments made via manual or online methods. Once payment is completed and service access is provided or work is initiated, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained, except where required by applicable law.

5. Service Delivery

• Digital products or access credentials are usually delivered electronically.
• Timelines may vary based on the nature of the service (standard, custom, or reseller plans).

11. Source Code & Script Policy

All our software products are provided as fully managed, white-label solutions under the client’s brand name and domain.

However, the complete system, source code, scripts, and backend infrastructure remain hosted on our VPS servers and are owned and controlled by us.

We do not sell, transfer, or provide access to the source code or core system files under any circumstances.

Clients are granted usage rights to operate and resell the platform under their branding, while all technical maintenance, security, and server management are handled by our team.

Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the system is strictly prohibited.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
